Measure your body (not the garment). Our size chart shows garment measurements, which are slightly larger than body measurements for comfort.
HOW TO MEASURE

Chest
Wear a light shirt. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and parallel to the floor. Don't pull tight.

Shoulder
Measure from the tip (edge) of one shoulder across the back to the tip of the other shoulder. Keep the tape straight.
3
Sleeve Length
With your arm slightly bent, measure from the shoulder seam (top of shoulder) down to your wrist bone.
4
Shirt Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) straight down to where you want the shirt to end.
