RETURNS & REFUND

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

What Can Be Returned

  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items in original, unworn, unwashed condition
  • Items with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale (sale items eligible for exchange only)

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Customised or altered items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchange Policy

Exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery for size or colour swaps, subject to availability. If unavailable, store credit issued valid for 6 months.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2 business days), your refund will be processed:

  • UPI / Net Banking / Cards: Refund within 5–7 business days to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant upon return approval, valid for 6 months

How to Initiate a Return

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will share a return label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the item securely with all original tags
  4. Hand over to our pickup partner or drop at a courier centre
  5. Refund processed within 5–7 days of return receipt

Return Shipping

For returns due to a defect or our error — we bear all return shipping costs. For size or colour exchanges, a flat return shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no charge.

We deliver pan India. Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999 — FREE shipping
  • Orders below ₹999 — Flat ₹99 shipping charge
  • Express delivery (1–2 days) — ₹149 (select cities)
  • Cash on Delivery — Additional ₹50 COD handling fee

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–3 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: 5–8 business days

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/holidays are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once dispatched.

Shipping Partners

We ship via Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and DTDC depending on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will try 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned and a re-delivery fee of ₹99 will apply.

VARIATION's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
